Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled before work begins, the client is eligible for a full refund.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client will be charged proportionally for the work completed until that date.
2. Monthly Retainer/Recurring Services

Monthly retainers (e.g., SEO or social media packages) can be cancelled with 15 days written notice.

No refunds will be issued for work already performed during the billing cycle.

For prepaid services, refunds are not applicable once the billing period has commenced.
3. Digital Product Sales (if applicable)
Due to the nature of digital products and strategies delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been made.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact our team within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue amicably.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
