At MapMedia Ventures Private Limited, all services, including but not limited to Lightning 48 – 48-Hour Marketing Delivery System, are delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical products.

1. Mode of Delivery

All deliverables—such as designs, branding assets, websites, marketing materials, strategy documents, ads, and digital files—are delivered through:

• Email

• Google Drive

• WhatsApp Business

• Project dashboards

• Client portals (if applicable)

No physical shipping or courier services are involved.

2. Delivery Timeline

For our Lightning 48 service:

• Deliverables are provided within 48 hours from the time full payment is received and required project inputs are submitted by the client.

• The 48-hour window applies to business hours only.

• Delays may occur if the client does not provide required inputs on time.

For other digital services, delivery timelines vary depending on project requirements and will be communicated separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide:

• Brand assets (logos, colors, references)

• Website content or copy

• Required access (hosting, domain, social accounts, etc.)

• Approval for concepts or drafts

Any delay from the client’s side may extend the delivery timeline.

4. Non-Delivery

In rare cases where digital deliverables are delayed due to technical issues:

• We will notify the client immediately

• A revised delivery timeline will be communicated

• No physical shipping will occur at any time

5. Address Requirement for Payment Processing

Certain payment gateways (including Razorpay) require a formal “Shipping Policy” even for digital goods.
This policy confirms that MapMedia Ventures only delivers services digitally and does not ship physical products.
