Welcome to MapMedia Ventures Private Limited. By engaging with our digital marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered

MapMedia Ventures provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Social Media Marketing

• Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

• Content Creation & Branding

• Website Analytics & Consultation

Each project scope will be clearly defined and approved before the commencement of services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for project execution.

• Approve deliverables and provide timely feedback.

• Respect project timelines and payment terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials created by MapMedia Ventures (e.g., content, graphics, strategies) will remain the property of MapMedia Ventures until full payment is received. After payment, the ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

5. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and subject to change based on client feedback, scope changes, and external dependencies.

6. Limitation of Liability

MapMedia Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract by providing written notice. All completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.
